The best tool to tackle the problems women of India face is knowledge and self-dependence. To free themselves from the clutches of backwardness, it is important for the women to attain financial independence as well as the knowledge of the whole gamut of ways to achieve that. We arrange workshops and camps to inform of the women not only of their rights, but also provide legal and financial advice.
We create awareness about the government schemes like ‘Jan Dhan’, ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’, ‘One Stop Centre”, ‘Swadhar Greh’ and many more, so that the women who themselves utilize these initiatives, and also spread the word to others in their area and assist each other. We also teach basis life-skills like using various payment application in the smart phones, like Paytm, BHIM, and internet banking. Through these, they learn to be independent and capitalize on the avenues available to them, and take better informed decisions.
